When you submit a booking and pay your deposit, a legally binding contract is formed between you (“the Traveler”) and MNR Travel Ltd (“CTS”).
April Calahan and Cassidy Zachary of Dressed Media, LLC act as on-site hosts and content leaders. April, Cassidy and their assistant will be your point of contact for questions or concerns while on tour. They are not the tour operator and do not assume legal or financial responsibility for tour operations.
2. Eligibility, Minimum Age & Group Size
Participation is limited to travelers aged 18 years or older at the time of departure. Maximum group size is 25 travelers with two additional hosts and assistants.
By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by CTS.
If deposit payment is not received within 7 days of booking, CTS reserves the right to release your place.
4. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days (3 months) prior to departure.
Bookings made within 90 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to make payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation by the Traveler, and cancellation charges will apply.
Rates:
Rates are quoted in USD and are based on current exchange rates. All rates are quoted per person. CTS reserves the right to adjust prices and/or itinerary as necessary due to availability or unforeseeable events. Once the deposit is received, CTS will begin the confirmation process. All such services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.
CTS is not liable for:
CTS will use reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives where possible.
9. Health & Fitness to Travel
We will be relying primarily on the Paris Metro to get around Paris. You can expect to walk several miles a day and encounter lots of stairs with limited to no access to elevators. This means you are an on-the-go traveler and walking several miles a day and traversing uneven surfaces is not a problem for you. Our robust itinerary means departing the hotel in the morning and returning in the late afternoon/early evening. This trip will be a challenge for those requiring long rest periods and is not a good fit for travelers with limited mobility.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate. Any mobility concerns or medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed at the time of booking.
CTS reserves the right to decline participation where a traveler’s condition presents a risk to themselves or others and cannot reasonably be accommodated.
10. Room Assignments, Double & Single Occupancy
If you requested double occupancy, we will pair you with another traveler who has requested to be paired with a roommate. We cannot guarantee any requested attributes of your roommate and selecting to be paired with a roommate is at your discretion. Single occupancy rooms are on a first-request basis and subject to availability.
11. Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward hosts, fellow participants, staff, and suppliers. Guests are expected to arrive at all meeting points at designated times. Due to the timed nature of group tours, please expect that we are unable to accommodate late-comers and missed connections.
CTS reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior:
No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
12. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
CTS provides services with reasonable care and skill.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
13. Force Majeure
CTS shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Refunds in such circumstances will be subject to recoveries from third-party suppliers.
14. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for:
Passports are required for this tour at your expense. Certain countries require that your passport be valid at least 6 months beyond the dates of your travel. You are strongly urged to contact the appropriate consulate for details. IMPORTANT: We recommend that travelers take a photocopy of their passport and applicable visas. It should be packed separately from your actual passport and visa. We also recommend leaving a copy at home with your emergency contact.
CTS accepts no responsibility for denied entry due to documentation issues.
15. On-Tour Communication
If you experience any issue during the tour, please promptly notify April Calahan, Cassidy Zachary or designated agent of Dressed Media, LLC while the tour is in progress. This allows concerns to be addressed quickly in coordination with Creative Travel Services and any relevant suppliers.
If a matter cannot be resolved during the tour, you must submit your issue in writing to Creative Travel Services within 28 days of returning home, including full details and supporting documentation.
Failure to notify the hosts during the tour may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the matter and may affect any potential claim.
While in Paris, we will use a group WhatsApp chat to coordinate as needed. Please have the WhatsApp application installed on your phone two-weeks prior to the tour start date.
16. Photography & Media
CTS and the tour hosts may photograph or film during the tour for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, you must notify CTS in writing prior to departure.
17. Hotel Info, Arrival Suggestions and Pre-Post Tour Arrangements
Flight Suggestions: We recommend flying into Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) airports. Taxis and car services are the recommended method to get to the hotel. Official Paris taxis from CDG to the hotel are a flat rate of 56 Euro and from Orly 45 Euro.
Many travelers prefer to fly to Paris a day before the tour starts to rest off the jet lag. If you require extra nights in Paris before or after our tour dates, please email info@creative-travel-services.com for assistance. Additional nights at Crowne Plaza Republique Paris before or after the tour are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Check in:
Check-in at the hotels is normally 2:00pm. The hotels will try to accommodate earlier arrivals, but this is not guaranteed.
18. Additional Details
Regarding group meals, please alert tour managers in advance of any serious food allergies.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies but cannot guarantee selections to fit all allergies/preferences.
Please note: The itinerary is subject to minor change. All visits are subject to availability and reasonable substitutions will be made in case of unavoidable closures by cultural institutions.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
